How Long We Will Keep Your Information 

We will keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary. This is dependent upon the nature of the information provided.

All personal data that is disposed of by us will be carried out in a secure manner. Paper based files will be securely shredded; electronic copies of information will be permanently deleted from our system.

We may need to collect personal information by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you.

If you choose not to give us this personal information, it may delay or prevent us from meeting our obligations or doing business with you. It may also mean that we cannot perform services needed to run your accounts or policies. It could mean that we cancel a product you buy from us.

Subject Access Request

Data protection legislation provides individuals with the right to see what information organisations hold about them. This is known as a ‘subject access request’.
